      Pros

      Great pay. Great benefits. Supportive environment. Great co-workers.

      Cons

      I was hired as a full time employee but wasn't told that full time didn't necessarily mean I would get 40 hours a week and I didn't find out until after my month of training and a couple weeks of working. Had I known I wasn't guaranteed 40 hours I still would have taken the job, I just would have handled other things in my life differently.

      Great work environment, team was helpful and really nice, workload wasn’t overwhelming

      Cons

      Didn’t feel super included on the team as a contractor, expectations were consistently unclear, they tell you it’s temp to perm, but could be years before a permanent role is available
