Pros

-A cool group of employees that are sharp and work their butts off - Never worked more than 40 hours a week.

Cons

-Working for a CEO who's basically only owned companies and lacks the perspective of an employee. -CEO has too much involvement and power. - I knew this wouldn't be a long term job for me a couple months after I started when the CEO yelled/verbally abused an extremely smart employee during a meeting in front of several people. Completely unnecessary and counterproductive -High turnover and very little opportunity for career advancement -I was told I'd get a raise after 90 days and it didn't happen until nearly a year. -Too much of a CEO vs. Employee feeling - Instead of being on the same team.

Pros

- Hybrid at-home and in-office work - Smaller (but mighty) nimble team - Great Outdoor industry connection - Gated work office - No "mico-management" - Easy commute with BART

Cons

- Salary is not sustainable for the "Bay Area" cost of living The office location isn't ideal but at least has gated entry - Not the strongest outdoor culture
