Pros

-A cool group of employees that are sharp and work their butts off - Never worked more than 40 hours a week.

Cons

-Working for a CEO who's basically only owned companies and lacks the perspective of an employee. -CEO has too much involvement and power. - I knew this wouldn't be a long term job for me a couple months after I started when the CEO yelled/verbally abused an extremely smart employee during a meeting in front of several people. Completely unnecessary and counterproductive -High turnover and very little opportunity for career advancement -I was told I'd get a raise after 90 days and it didn't happen until nearly a year. -Too much of a CEO vs. Employee feeling - Instead of being on the same team.

Pros

HydraPak is a small but fast growing company populated by passionate and motivated employees. There's great opportunity to make a significant impact here to both our culture and our business for anyone who's willing to jump in with both feet and hustle.

Cons

As is the case with many small companies, there's more work than employees, to work here you need to embrace wearing a lot of hats and being flexible.

Pros

THE leader in the hydration space, HydraPak offers employees a casual work environment, and plenty of opportunities for growth. In my short time at the company I've seen employees move up and across the organization. Collaboration across teams and offices is encouraged. It's clear the leadership team is committed to putting systems and structures in place to "Scale Up" the company. Hybrid work schedule (in/out of office) is available for some teams.

Cons

While over 20 years old, HydraPak operates like a start up. Roles and jobs are defined, but if you don't like ambiguity, this place probably isn't for you.
