      Cons

      4 days a week in office, no commute subsidies 5% Bonus not guaranteed, pay is not super great for living in Boulder County.

      - Hybrid at-home and in-office work - Smaller (but mighty) nimble team - Great Outdoor industry connection - Gated work office - No "mico-management" - Easy commute with BART

      Cons

      - Salary is not sustainable for the "Bay Area" cost of living The office location isn't ideal but at least has gated entry - Not the strongest outdoor culture
