Pros

Discounted products. Safe, easy to park location. Flexible working schedule.

Cons

Leadership: Toxic, does not want to try anything new. CEO surrounds herself with "yes" people who do whatever she says and promotes unqualified people into leadership positions. Entire leadership team lacks integrity and expertise. Decisions are not based on data and there is no willingness to hear alternate viewpoints. Culture: Misleading initiatives that are performative, at best. No follow through with meaningful onboarding, offboarding, diversity or sustainability practices. Roles and responsibilities are unclear and communication from leadership is murky. CEO micromanages and derails projects based on gut feelings and outdated industry experience. No interest in modernizing the business or understanding what the consumer actually wants/needs. Constantly chasing the dollar/sale and not being true to the brand (whatever that is) or to the professional, and does not consider the impact to the team. Personally witnessed inappropriate comments and harassment from a senior leader that was never dealt with. Other execs simply laughed and enabled the behavior despite multiple complaints. Processes: Non-existent. Feels like reinventing the wheel any time there's a new project or product. No one knows where to go for information. Lack of organization and no modernized tools and systems or data.

Pros

I have clear kpi’s and a sales director who really cares about me and my success. Upper management is approachable and kind.

Cons

The company is rapidly growing so there are changes happening in the company. I think they are positive changes but I have to stay flexible to all that’s new.

Pros

-Good Products and Free Products every qtr -Family and Friends discount -Marketing Team and education were great to work with. - Training was fun - customer service takes care of clients if there are issues with products - Mangers and upper mangers came out for lots of ride alongs (could be good or bad) once a qtr

Cons

It was a bait and switch. Was given an unattainable quota with a massive Territory and the territory changed for many states. They grew too fast- then did lay offs right at christmas time. Many people have quit when you go through interview process you will find it hard to find someone who has been there longer then 2 years. Lots of micro management with no clear direction. Putting out a fire everyday. Wants to focus on retention then in the next breath wants new business. Did not participate in many trade shows so hard to get leads.
