The people. HRS has always focused on bringing in people who want to make a difference, and in doing so finding people who care and will respect one another. This has always stood out to me.
The opportunity / earnings. For those who bill and are able to continually do so, the ability to earn well withouh questions is there. And when you do maybe have an off period, the quarter bonus gives an ability to still earn outside of base salary based on objectives and not just finances.
Hard work. The business is set up with expectations of activity standards and not just finances. This has particualry helped to get the academy workforce up and running which helped me massively early on in my career. Hard work is something the business recognises and encourages.
Cons
With the market being so unpredictable the business has had to make a number of changes both with teams, structures and people. Such change is never easy to adopt quickly, and on occasions this could have been communicated better. However all in all the business has done a great job with navigating it's way to succeed in this new market place.
The development strutcure a few years ago was maybe a little flat in terms of knowing excatly what you need to do to go up in position. This has however been sorted witha new strutcure rolled out in the last year which has made it much easier to know what is expected.
