Flexible work hours. Everyone has a lot of autonomy and freedom to make suggestions. Remote work is great - people can work wherever they want and the only expectation is that you get your work done and are generally responsive day-to-day. People are really smart and you can learn a lot from everyone. Everyone is actually really nice and welcoming. Funny company culture, Slack is full of memes and weird humour. Projects are interesting because they work with mainly startups. No boring enterprise stuff which is nice.

Though remote is really nice, being remote means that it’s sometimes hard to connect with co-workers. They’ve discussed having more offsites though. Sometimes things change very quickly, but that's to be expected from a startup.
