      Pros

      + Great company full of talented engineers + Very supportive management and atmosphere + Really easy to reach anyone to receive support or mentorship +++ Managers had experience as engineers + Relatively interesting products

      Cons

      - Probably too bro-culture for some. But it's supportive nerdy tech bro vibes, NOT cocaine and hookers tech bro vibes.

      Pros

      - Fully remote culture - Very few meetings - Flexible work schedule (work from anywhere, work hours flexible) - Lots of opportunity to learn web3 and ai - Offsite every year (usually a trip abroad for a few days to somewhere cool)

      Cons

      - No office if you're into that - decent but not top tier benefits - no PMs, and with client work you have to shoulder that burden as well as development

      - Small shop where you will be able to take on a large amount of responsibility - Small teams made up of very competent teammates - Fully remote with large amount of flexibility to travel - Frequent in person meetings in hubs and company offsites

      Cons

      Fully remote and highly async work is not for everybody
