No proper team hierarchy or performance metrics. 10 hrs night shift which is more than any other company in the market. Only sustained with old methods and tools, feels like a typical RPO. Nothing to learn after sometime its a same monotonous process without any innovation. If you are a fresher you can learn the ground level work here very well. As they follow traditional setup, micromanaging is common as well. Very basic insurance benefits that too only for the employee. Nothing to include your parents. No concept of sick leaves, you get only one set of leaves. Pay is low hence there is an aggressive competition to make hires in order to compensate the normal wages. Volume oriented work.
