      Because Hyve is a start-up, you have the ability to grow your skills and take on responsibilities outside your role. Exec team and management are really supportive and have their best interest in mind. Due to the fast-paced nature, there's something to look forward to everyday.

      Cons

      So far so good! Work hours can be a little long but not complaints!

      Great collaboration between the teams that I support. Engineering with a start up energy supported by a solid reputable company in TD Synnex.

      Cons

      As with any growing organization processes are being improved and streamlined so there are may opportunities to get frustrated, but I will take growing pains any day.
