      Pros

      Coworkers are great. Did a pretty good job dealing with covid situation. Get to learn a lot I guess.

      Cons

      Middle and Upper Management is clueless about a lot of things, some are unqualified and are only there because they know someone. Pay is absolutely horrific. Long hours doing more than you're getting paid for. Raises are seldom, they'd rather hire outside rather than promote internal.

      Pros

      Great collaboration between the teams that I support. Engineering with a start up energy supported by a solid reputable company in TD Synnex.

      Cons

      As with any growing organization processes are being improved and streamlined so there are may opportunities to get frustrated, but I will take growing pains any day.
