      The night shift is generally more relaxed, it's less physically demanding for older folks.

      Cons

      If a door alarm goes off, you need to be at that door in two minutes. Occasionally supervisors would micromanage.

      Pros

      The Staff is Professional, Answer questions, Made Processing easy, concerned about your needs, highly accommodating for schedules. Very Flexible for time off, or schedule changes. They will work with you with any issues, and work you through it.

      Cons

      New Employee handbook needs to be addressed especially for discipline and streamlining troubled difficult employees
