Pros
It's hard to think of a lot of pros. I guess the one good thing was being able to work on different networks and systems.
Cons
The management was a terrible experience. Owner is nice but primary manager is demeaning and belittling employees with impunity. -Constant documentation of time in 5 minute increments. -Not great benefits. -Poor planning. -Poor education and movement for development. -Lots of useless meetings. -Lots of micro management. -Lots of overtime and pushing to do extra work. -Rotating on call schedule which severely interrupts sleep due to tickets with no recourse. -No recognition or reward for hard work and going above and beyond. -The clock never stops at 5pm. -Very few holidays and PTO. -Micromanagement of lunch hours. -Driving all over the place and not planning routes to be near where employees live. Sending people across town to a client when you could easily -Poor documentation of processes and procedures. -Nickel and Dime clients for every 5 minute detail.
