Pros

For the most part most coworkers are willing to help and it's a team effort

Cons

You are given a ridiculous amount of work and since your salary your expected to be quite and keep working. You will work late evenings and weekends. The helpdesk staff is outsourced so a lot of times you don't recieve help because they ignore your requests for help, and they make sure to make you feel like outside the group. Then there is management and honestly most of everyone was great the only issue is the VP she is condescending and rude. She will chew you out if she's having a bad day. On the flipside she does teach you when needed but your going to have to ignore being talked down to and rude comments.

Pros

Can't say enough how blessed I was to have worked at I.T. Matters. Professionally, there are an abundance of opportunities to learn and grow as a Systems Administrator/Engineer. It all depends on how willing you are to grasp the opportunities. I learned a lot when I was there and upper management showed me what I could be capable of. They are completely fair in their assessment and expectations. Personally, I loved how they saw me first as a person before an employee. Great family atmosphere and culture. There are no cons, but there should a level of expectation you should have of yourself before working here. Ownership has built this company from the ground up, so the relationships they have with their clients are vitally second to none. You will share a responsibility to adapt, respond, and maintain relationships with clients of different operating cultures, needs, and expectations. This includes being proactive or decisive in high-pressure situations. It can be a very challenging, yet rewarding environment. Also, if you have an ego, this is not the place for you. Unfortunately, good things arrive and then life happens, otherwise I would've stayed at I.T. Matters for as long as they would have had me there.

Cons

I have no cons with this company.
