I was compensated to what I deserved when I left and when asked for a hike they stalled. You have basically sold your soul to them cause even your personal life and time is theirs. (Unfortunately cannot give negative marking, haha) On your exit, May God Help You to get what you deserve. Be ready to hear that you did not pitch a stock which underperformed vs the stock you pitched and liked. Your loyalty will not be respected.
