Pros

Flexibility. The company requires a lot of it but also gives you a lot of it. This is one of the major reason why people stay there. As long as the job is done, nobody cares about what you're doing. Intra-company moves (same country or abroad) are very much recommended and opportunities are frequent.

Cons

No transparency whatsoever from middle - top management. Incessant reformatting of programs. HR have an insane amount of power and are borderline incompetent, which are big red flags for personal growth. No career plans. Bonuses are terrible. Raises are random. Expat packages are jokes.

Pros

Great technologies, Save life. Overall, European company normally does not treat the US employee as the same.

Cons

Poor management, Shift can be changed with prior planning. Service Engineers must take a many difference hats. Identify your potential before apply this type of job after graduated. Seems that you don't learn anything after you took your advance operator. However if you know the full knowledge of the Proton B1 or B1+, then you are not using outside of IBA to enhance your career.
