Pros
The only pro I can say is that it was a JOB, it's good to have a JOB.
Cons
The pay was below industry standard, $35K base, with small commission checks, barely cleared $40K yr. You are competing against your management team for deals, if you've ever experienced that it's no fun. The deal belongs to your boss or the house because they refuse to pay out any commissions. The company is a RESELLER of China PCB boards. That's it, nothing more. They do not make anything, they facilitate the delivery from China. China holds all the cards. The China team will screw up the order and either ignore it or push the blame to guess who?... you the sales rep or the customer gets the blame and that is not how you build relationships, speaking of relationships, they have butchered and lost relationships they once had... company has a very bad reputation.
