I started out as a student at ICD, and applied to work as a substitute after I graduated. The students all have different needs, there is plenty of support for both students and staff and the work is very fulfilling.

Naturally as a substitute sometimes schedule changes came a bit last minute.

When les was booted out by the board, they hired Susan. She was terrible and out-of-touch, and was hired more for a check in the box. The board decided to get into philanthropy instead of giving comprehensive services. They had millions of dollars, and from 2018 and on started giving it away to other places. They should of invested into the services. Many of the instructors in particular training for office work was low level intelligence teachers, and a lot of management or other workers worked there for 20 years, but rarely produced success.
