      We have social club, to bring the team together, despite heavy workload.

      It depended on who is your Line Manager, lacking Profesional Dev & lacking Career Progression for experienced staffs, just give more workload.

      Great team up to director level. Good place to start career, however not many open positions in US

      Cons

      Contracts are often unclear not including all needed services, leading to financial overburn. The company relies on multiple tracking systems, creating inefficiencies and frustrations for employees, and prioritizes hiring in low-cost regions, which are known for high employee turnover.
