Pros
I gained some good experience here and loved my team. I thought the initial training was good. My pay was also competitive compared to other similar roles out there.
Cons
There was an increasing amount of micro management creeping in and it felt like a lot of upper management would fight hard to defend company decisions to remove additional benefits, rather than being in your corner and trying to do best by you as an individual.
