      Pros

      Subsidised canteen food and free parking given you managed to get a parking slot onsite.

      Cons

      No salary increase in the past 3 years. Feel like cost of living is doubling and they’re not able to match to it so it’s very demotivating! No work life balance for lab staff and you need to work weekends.
