Good work life balance. Lots of opportunities to move internally. Good if you get made redundant, they help you find a new role while continuing to pay you
Cons
Say you get a yearly pay increase but the most I’ve heard people get is 1%. Only get statutory maternity leave. If you want to move internally some managers don’t like it so you feel like you can’t apply for jobs. Constantly making redundancies. Pretend to care about the employees but do nothing to make people want to stay
