Pros
The people in my team were lovely. They support working from home which is fantastic. The salaries are very competitive compared with similar companies.
Cons
HR are very difficult to deal with - the only time I ever managed to meet them was in my exit interview, the company is so massive that it can be very impersonal at times and you can feel like a number. Also because people in my team were spread across various locations and markets it was hard to build up a relationship with them.
