      Pros

      Flexible work hours. Good work and life balance.

      Cons

      Bad management. Manager will say that what you're doing is fine but will blame you later on if something went wrong. Pay is very low and not on time. There were some instances wherein the pay was delayed for more than 2 weeks.

      Really great manager. Remote work major plus. No micro management. Great pay

      Annual salary increase this year isn't until September which is odd.

      Pros

      Very little pros to working here other than it's very easy to stay under the radar. The work load is light.

      Cons

      Very little room for growth, eventually got laid off because ICON over hired too many CRAs it could handle. The CRA bridge program was supposed to be only 3-6 months but people we not able to promote despite being there for 2+ years
