Not much. If you say yes to everything they will like you. Get experience there and then jump ship. Not much else
Cons
No advancement opportunities- they hire leaders from outside and are usually friends of the director. Dictator leadership style. Do not recognize leaderships part in very high turnover. Other CROs have better morale and opportunity for advancement.
