Pros
The people here really do make the company great! Managers are professional and provide immediate support, college will help you and support you. The workload however is intense and you can be on 6+ protocols at one go. This can make it hard to focus on quality and meet all the metrics required (well at least not without working overtime and weekends which i've been doing for the past 2 years). It does feel unbearable at time but the friendly people are keeping me sane (we're all in the same boat). You will be worked to the bone but it puts you in a position to survive everywhere you go.
Cons
no work life balance. Horrible Days on Site metrics mean people are often out for 10+ days.
