Pros
The industry is interesting. A lot of the regular workers were good poeple, nice to work with. My boss, middle management, was great. He left too.
Cons
THe executives are in it for themselves, they make decisions based on what will make him/her more money personally. They did not listed to the ideas of their staff. The senior management did not exemplify leadership in any way. They made many poor decisions regarding their people, in my opinion. Some of the senior management at other locations were very immature, and not educated about basic management such as OT laws. Most people have unrealistic workloads. This was a common problem I heard and witnessed often.
