      It was a great company when I started 10 years ago, and have learned a lot

      Cons

      Due to big changes the last years you are not considered a person but a number Benefits have decreased High workload and stressful No motivation Upper management don't listen anymore and just care about money

      Great benefits including PTO, health care and other benefits.

      Cons

      Very much a brother-in-law feel when it comes to promotions and praise. If you aren't in the cool club, you will be shunned and left out. Management also makes business decisions without understanding the niche part of the various industries.
