I joined ICON in 2017 , I am a Home based employee. I love working with ICON because this company has good prospects for professional growth and a very good work culture. People here are professional and work life balance is also maintained well. ICON really takes efforts in training their employees in areas they lack experience. They have workshops to prepare the employees to be vigilant and take initiatives and responsibilities. Higher management is very supportive when it comes to concerns of their team.
