Cons
Lack of mentoring and managerial support made the onboarding process difficult. Manager had no contacts for vendors or HR or IT to assist in getting access to ICON accounts and systems which led to delays in starting my sponsor assignments. I would think that a manager with ICON for x years would have known how to startup a new employee. Working for sponsor only means systems are not integrated and double-documentation of visits, travel, and report submissions. This headache is partly why you are paid so much!
