Pros
The benefits are great and its is a excellent place to gain experience in Clinical Trials. If you have excellent time management skills there is a great work life balance. I found management to be very supportive of personal development.
Cons
If you want to be a CRA with no monitoring experience, chances are you will be waiting a very long time. The company is working on creating clear career paths but lack in this area.
