      Pros

      PRA was an amazing company until it was purchased by ICON last year.

      Cons

      Icon leadership lacks diversity. Leadership very old school and micromanage employees. Employees are no longer empowered. They didn’t even conduct an exit interview. They don’t care about employees.

      Really great manager. Remote work major plus. No micro management. Great pay

      Annual salary increase this year isn't until September which is odd.

      Pros

      Very little pros to working here other than it's very easy to stay under the radar. The work load is light.

      Cons

      Very little room for growth, eventually got laid off because ICON over hired too many CRAs it could handle. The CRA bridge program was supposed to be only 3-6 months but people we not able to promote despite being there for 2+ years
