No Training and Heavy Workload - Investigator Payments Coordinator ICON Employee Review

They provide employees with little to no training whatsoever. This was due to a lack of staff as turnover is extremely high with most leaving within their first year. As a junior employee you are given a heavy workload that is not feasible to complete in your 8 hour day. Management continuously said workload would be reduced with new hires however there was no staff to train the new employees. I wouldn't recommend anyone to take up this position who values career progression or a positive environment to work in.
