Pros

There are some great managers that want to help you prepare and succeed in the CRA role. Ample training to prepare for your transition.

Cons

The in-house CRA program is supposed to last 6 months and then you are promoted to CRA 1, however the company has not fulfilled that promise. They have paused the program through one email and have not communicated any timelines or held a Q&A session. Line managers don't have any information they can share and everyone seems confused. Some people who were promoted to CRA 1 still haven't received their promotion pay. Chances to get on-site monitoring experience are far and few in between.

Really great manager. Remote work major plus. No micro management. Great pay

Annual salary increase this year isn't until September which is odd.

Pros

Great team up to director level. Good place to start career, however not many open positions in US

Cons

Contracts are often unclear not including all needed services, leading to financial overburn. The company relies on multiple tracking systems, creating inefficiencies and frustrations for employees, and prioritizes hiring in low-cost regions, which are known for high employee turnover.
