Pros
As a team we had a nice function manager who make as worked together as a family and I applied the time and the experience which I gained working with ICON
Cons
Work environment is not stable and ICON doesn’t care about the talented employees , in last couple of months laid off hundreds of employees because the client end up the contract with ICON for low cost countries Nothing seriously made from ICON to find new roles.
