Pros
Start up in this company is still in alignment and has proven to be a challenge for study start up. I look forward to when the company has internal systems figured out and adjusted, it'll just take some extra time and adjusting for the teams and start up always feels the heat.
Cons
The annual job reviews were not great and resulted in not great bonuses, reflecting the challenges of the overall company. Less personalized and sadly executive leadership hasn't taken into consideration the great People Leaders that they have and included them in developing/adjusting to the new internal structure as much as we all had hoped.
