      Pros

      - good benefits - great colleagues - Manager is super thoughtful, supportive, human, transparent, nice (Depends on the team you are though) - opportunities for advancement

      Cons

      - working with the merck program sucks - salary - some environment are very toxic - upper management are no humans and directors are not transparent , even lied to their stakeholders thats why the company is being sued

      Pros

      Strong Leadership, Fair/Average compensation, Thrive Program (company strives to keep you employeed as Sponsor reallocations occur)

      Cons

      HR is very hands off. It is very difficult to speak to anyone. Not simple to call and ask a question. Everything has to go through a portal. This is challenging when there is time sensitive needs. They make it work but in my opinion, this is a 'con'.
