      Pros

      Good pay, nice managers, reasonable workload, remote working, flexible

      Cons

      They changed my whole role after 4 months in the job. New role is incredibly boring. The company is too big and they pigeon hole your job so you are just doing the same thing over and over again with no development. departments don't talk to each other. It's incredibly chaotic and noone knows what they are doing. Culture is weird, noone ever has their camera on for calls, doesn't feel engaging.

      Pros

      Strong Leadership, Fair/Average compensation, Thrive Program (company strives to keep you employeed as Sponsor reallocations occur)

      Cons

      HR is very hands off. It is very difficult to speak to anyone. Not simple to call and ask a question. Everything has to go through a portal. This is challenging when there is time sensitive needs. They make it work but in my opinion, this is a 'con'.
