      * Wide ranging opportunties to learn and develop new skills * Collaborative and supportive colleagues - in my department * Dynamic manager who valued her team * Reading, Green Park where the office is located is lovely * Hybrid working - 2 days wfh, 3 days in office * Great to work with colleagues from across the globe

      Cons

      * Fast paced, workload high - sometimes not enough time to learn and consolidate knowledge * Lots of system and process changes - you just learn how to navigate through and changes are made

      Pros

      Strong Leadership, Fair/Average compensation, Thrive Program (company strives to keep you employeed as Sponsor reallocations occur)

      Cons

      HR is very hands off. It is very difficult to speak to anyone. Not simple to call and ask a question. Everything has to go through a portal. This is challenging when there is time sensitive needs. They make it work but in my opinion, this is a 'con'.
