I worked at ICR from February 2012 until September 2019. I had an excellent experience during my career here. They offer a wide range of repaired products and services. I got to work with some very smart and talented people, that I learned a great deal from. I was treated well during my career and even after I gave notice, management wished me the best and told me I always had a home at ICR. It is a great environment, the owner walks around every morning and shakes your hand and asks how you are doing. I finished my career in the mechanical department, the gentleman who stared it is one of the best people I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. He refuses to accept that something can’t be done, so we definitely had some fun off the wall projects come our way. Also They have the best machinist I have ever seen on staff, there is nothing he can’t make. They continue to grow and I’m wishing nothing but the best for them. If you take pride in your work and can turn a wrench, I suggest applying here.
