Great Idea, not great structure - Software Engineer ICUCare Employee Review

I learned how NOT to behave as a leader. Doing the opposite of his example has served me well in my career.

Lack of leadership. Frequently lied to potential customers about what the product could do and expected employees to follow along. Pay was terrible. Stole design ideas from others and claimed them S his own. Got upset when you left after your 8 hours, even though he wouldn't pay overtime. CEO constantly talked about how brilliant he was and often compared himself to Einstein. Seriously.

This company is worth for nothing.

Its a hell not a company. CEO wants you to complete 1 years of task within a couple of months.
