this company has the worst work time strategy. you have to work between 08:30-18:30. this means you have to be inside the company in this hours. This means if you come 08:29 you can go at 18:31. Here is the joke part, lets say you came at 08:30 and you went to have your breakfast at 08:31. You may have your breakfast during next 1 hour. This is okay because came at 08:30. You are free to go at 18:30. On the other hand, lets say you had your breakfast and came to company at 09:30. this means you have to leave at 19:30. nonsense!! software companies let employees to work wherever they want. they just consider whether the task is done or not. you should also do that. you have to know that being inside the company does not mean that you produce more.
