      A good friendship environment (not sure still exist)

      - Salary is almost less than zero. You might be getting in debt to company actually. - The working hours are at a different level, you gotta work work work work like in Rihanna's song. If you smoke, or go out for 10 minutes to get some fresh air, you have to work 10 more minutes after job. - If you are doing Master or smt like that, the company will not support you at all. But probably they will lie about it. - They don't know what they are doing. They can just shut a department all of a sudden like it's everyday activity. Then they fire you or relocate to another project.

      this company has the worst work time strategy. you have to work between 08:30-18:30. this means you have to be inside the company in this hours. This means if you come 08:29 you can go at 18:31. Here is the joke part, lets say you came at 08:30 and you went to have your breakfast at 08:31. You may have your breakfast during next 1 hour. This is okay because came at 08:30. You are free to go at 18:30. On the other hand, lets say you had your breakfast and came to company at 09:30. this means you have to leave at 19:30. nonsense!! software companies let employees to work wherever they want. they just consider whether the task is done or not. you should also do that. you have to know that being inside the company does not mean that you produce more.
