Autonomy in many areas, IF your team performs it receives little attention or micromanagement allowing people to do what they do best with little intervention

Incredibly low trust environment, levels which prevent smooth communication flows and two distinct tiers those informed and those outside the know, significantly high turnover at the General Manager and group leader levels, always hire from outside for key roles versus taking risks on people and promoting from within, money matters most no matter the situation layoffs are an annual strategy as people are viewed as levers for cost reduction versus assets which should be protected and laid off only as last resort
