My co-workers are the only positive I can think of. If you are one to follow blindly and not cause waves this is the company for you!
Cons
Not sure where to start. 1. Management has very little connection to the local community and therefore it becomes a stepping stone to their next position. 2. Since IDEX took over it’s been a revolving door of new managers with little or no experience in the business. They have realigned departments or groups in order to bring in new people while getting rid of those “problem employees” who dare to question! 3. Affirmative action, diversity, green new deal are the current buzzwords. Too bad the same effort is not being place on running our business unit! 4. IDEX likes to preach about ethics and integrity; however, they have demonstrated very little of either since taking over. 5. 40% of the management staff at our location could stay home and you would never miss them. 6. Constant meetings- Just another way to micro-manage!
