      IDEX health and science is a good company to work for the benefits are reasonable. The advancements and the professional growth are encouraged and the people are a great team to work with.

      Idexx health and science also has its shortcomings. It has a lack of consistent communication from the top down. It has a very slow growth rate when it comes to salary and pay increases.
