Pros

none that I can think of!

Cons

Where to start? The two owners are non-leaders and have no real sense of direction, strategy or plan. They are basically a couple of project managers who figured out how to "create time" and were able to grow their business in a fast moving industry. They seem nice upfront, but they'll screw you over in a second for a dime in their own pocket. They are slimy to say the least. The things they tell you in the interview are not what they turn out to be when you get there. There's no offices, and no company meetings, and the leaders of every group are pretty under qualified, or at least have no training in leadership skills. If you're interested to work here, only do it if your desperate and plan on short term. If your a potential customer or existing, do an audit on everything and know the metrics for time based tasks.

Pros

The brand name and trust with vendors (though I have no idea how that has been built and sustained) 100% remote work

Cons

Leadership is weak from the top down and their priority models are completely selfish and/or jaded. None of them have any idea how to make things better and they don't seem to see how what they're doing has created such a corrupted state. Very basic questions of "How do we do this thing?" are not well-defined and people having to make things up as they go along creates stress and tension on everyone. Even the basic things that are defined are not done so at any sophistication expected of a company of 20+ years because the CEO has no idea how to make a good business.
