Pros

There were ample upfront promises that did not ever materialize. There are owners who hire experienced people but do not respect their experience.

Cons

Terrible culture of backstabbing” There’s two owners of this company who think a lot of themselves and their way of doing things. But their way is not the way any company anywhere operates, so they have surrounded themselves with yes-men who go along with the madness. Anyone who's not they'll roll you and fire you by text message. The insanity begins before you’re hired when there’s a plethora of paperwork to sign and in the fine print they actually make you agree that if you post negative comments about them on sites like this one; “Violations of your post employment obligations are subject to injunctive relief and liquidated damages of $10,000 per breach”. The joke is that it’ll cost them far more than 10 grand to drag you into court and sue to get the 10 grand. But yet they pay lawyers hundreds an hour to fire off letters to former employees with threats not to tell the truth on sites like this. The marketing side is pathetic, not able to move a single marketing initiative forward, just look at the website, it’s the 1980’s of style and was published a year ago. Majority of the product info is stale. The sales team has no quotas and is completely mismanaged. They have people on that team who are really mis-categorized foreigners who are supposedly a visa sponsored engineer, but yet they close the vast majority all the sales deals. They had one of their biggest sneaker company (former) clients unknowingly lie for them on the US customs / immigration forms. Swoosh and the paperwork went right through for the visa. They make it so the public profile says something technical like ‘Systems Analyst’ but the email sig and job duties are all sales related. One their biggest scams is the IDM Assessment Service. It’s 95% boilerplate answers and 5% specific to your biz. And then whatever software vendor they recommend for the IDM solution is based on which one paid for the owners lap dance that week. So if that’s $10,000 per breach, how many was that? 6 paragraphs, so is that $60,000 in injunctive relief and liquidated damages I’ll be getting for this 10 minutes of truth? See ya in court Trump-ers. It’s 2017, time to run the company right, treat customers and employees fairly, or you will get publicly shamed.”

Pros

none that I can think of!

Cons

Where to start? The two owners are non-leaders and have no real sense of direction, strategy or plan. They are basically a couple of project managers who figured out how to "create time" and were able to grow their business in a fast moving industry. They seem nice upfront, but they'll screw you over in a second for a dime in their own pocket. They are slimy to say the least. The things they tell you in the interview are not what they turn out to be when you get there. There's no offices, and no company meetings, and the leaders of every group are pretty under qualified, or at least have no training in leadership skills. If you're interested to work here, only do it if your desperate and plan on short term. If your a potential customer or existing, do an audit on everything and know the metrics for time based tasks.

Pros

Work from home because there is no office

Cons

Zero leadership. Co-CEO's that don't lead. Tear employees down, try to "get each other", employees live in fear of which personality they will have to contend with on a daily basis. Not trustworthy in any way.
