Good culture, good perks - Applications Developer IDX Broker Employee Review

Great place to work. Leadership was thoughtful and supportive and helped grow people. All teams communicated and worked well together. Product was continually improved and everyone had a hand in making it happen.

Pay was lower than average.good benefits though.

This is genuinely a once in a lifetime company to work for. The culture at IDX Broker is amazing! I never have to worry about my coworkers stabbing me in the back or stepping on me to advance. I never have to worry about micromanagement or management setting goals that are unattainable. I never have to worry about not being recognized for good work. Everyone works hard while also having fun and supporting one another as a team. Everyone cheers and celebrates each others professional achievements. Casual atmosphere. Casual dress code. Work hard play hard environment. Company sponsored sports team, outings, and charity events. Catered lunches 3 times a week. Free bus pass and parking. Phenomenal health insurance. I am transgender as well and I began my transition shortly after beginning work at IDX. Everyone was excited for me and all of my coworkers and HR have made my transitioning at work a total non-issue in every regard.

The only con that I can think of is the lack of racial diversity. There are a lot of white people that work here and it would be nice to see more people of color represented at IDX
