Pros

Easy to get promoted and try yourself in a management role. The product is quite cool (though the tech stack isn't). There are many nice people working for the company.

Cons

Having worked for this company for several years as an engineer and witnessed numerous managers, CEO changes, and entire team exits, I strongly advise against joining. Don’t be fooled into thinking it’s a cool startup/scale-up; it’s a disaster. Top management doesn't care about employees, and the CEO might drop a few racist comments during all-hands calls. The new HR team is clueless and struggles with basic tasks. Low-level managers have no power to make changes. There is a constant flow of ideas and projects, but almost nothing gets completed. A feedback culture is nonexistent; although there are surveys and such, no action is taken to address the feedback.

Pros

• great colleagues in Sales, Marketing and HR • they are a QTSP • good Sales Leaders in Germany, also had a couple of other very talented colleagues in England and France

Cons

• the management of this company is done by dinosaurs who never worked in identity • the product is so far out-dated that they’ll never be able to catch up to the competition • the investors are very inconsequential • you’ll be promised by new c-level that everything will change, it does, but for the worse (I.e. new CCO) • legal process takes incredibly long • company is allergic against decision making which is further slowed by micro management and influenced by the same people (Germany based) • the culture is: you give, we take and you get nothing in return • you need a masters degree in politics

Hello and thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you highlighted our Sales, Marketing and HR teams and our QTSP status. We take your concerns about decision-making, legal processes, culture, and product competitiveness seriously. We’re focusing our product roadmap (AI/anti-fraud, faster release cycles), clarifying governance to reduce micro‑management, speeding up legal workflows, and investing in feedback and recognition. We know progress is measured by results. If you’re willing to share concrete examples confidentially, please contact us. Thank you for helping us improve.
